My Story
Practical marketing. Real results. Always dealt with directly.
I’ve been working in marketing for over 25 years, across the private sector, local government, and as a freelance consultant. For the past eight years I’ve been based in Southern Spain, working with English-speaking businesses on the Costa Calida and Costa Almeria, while continuing to support small businesses back in the UK.
I set up Relish Marketing because I kept seeing the same thing: small business owners being sold expensive, overcomplicated marketing they didn’t need or being fobbed off with templated solutions that didn’t reflect their business at all. I wanted to do things differently.
My clients get clear advice, honest timelines, and work they’re proud to show people. No jargon, no unnecessary complexity, and no being passed to someone junior once the contract is signed.
I hold a BA (Hons) 2:1 in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University and have worked across sectors from multinational manufacturing to public sector campaign delivery which means I bring a breadth of real commercial experience that most marketing freelancers simply don’t have.
